We Have Made It To The Top – South Tower Topping Off Ceremony at The Estates at Acqualina

Sunny Isles Beach, Florida – July 3, 2020 – The impressive South Tower of The Estates at Acqualina, the highly anticipated $1.8 billion residential development, tops out in Miami’s Sunny Isles Beach with an intimate ceremony held on Friday, July 3, 2020. The 52-story South Tower has topped out at 646 feet high. The landmark occasion comes about after months of perseverance and hard work on the part of the development’s distinguished architects, designers, sales agents and unstoppable construction crews. It also coincides with the reopening of the Sales Gallery which features a full-scale model of an Estates residence, giving potential buyers the ability to fully appreciate the luxury amenities that will be available in each residence complete with exquisite furnishings, rich materials and extraordinary attention to detail.
