Miami, FL – July 8, 2020 – AileyCampers picked up materials for this year’s camp at the Adrienne Arsht Center’s Ziff Ballet Opera House on Wednesday, July 8. The award-winning summer camp, which begins July 13, will be held virtually this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

AileyCamp Miami is a full scholarship, four-week summer program that has transformed the lives of over 1,000 students from Miami-Dade County public middle schools since its inception in 2008. Campers learn to express themselves with a variety of dance styles, including West African, jazz, modern and ballet, while also learning about life skills and self-esteem in personal development and creative communication classes. AileyCamp Miami is presented this summer with the leadership support of The Batchelor Foundation, The Frederick A. DeLuca Foundation, Green Family Foundation and Genesis Motor America, as well as many other generous foundations, corporations and individual philanthropists.
