On Saturday afternoon he showcased a special side of the Miami outpost of his Michelin-starred flagship concept Fiola from Washington, D.C. just for SOBEWFF. He opened his kitchen to Amalfi Coast favorite, world-renowned Lo Scoglio, and Executive Chef Tommaso De Simone, who is known for preserving the purity and integrity of la cucina italiana around the world. Together, Trabocchi and De Simone created an unparalleled lunch experience that was complemented by a selection of Southern Italian wines from the Farnese Group, presented by winery founder Valentino Sciotti. Farnese’s award-winning winemaking team produces cutting edge wines sourced from small, traditional family vineyards in Sicily, Abruzzo, Beneventano and Puglia produced using natural farming practices.
