Coral Gables, FL – February 23, 2020 – Guests spent the night dancing, sipping and sampling as they celebrated the bright and vivacious Latin culture that runs deep throughout South Florida at the historic Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables. One of Latin radio’s most recognizable personalities Enrique Santos, the host of Tú 94.9s Morning Show, alongside Goya Executive Chef Fernando Desa, a man dedicated to preserving the flavors of Latin cuisine, hosted this hyper-local affair. As the Chairman and Chief Creative Officer of iHeartLatino, Santos is intrinsically linked to the strong roots of the local community, presided over as an elite group of popular chefs from across Miami dished out their tastiest creations representing flavors iconic to Latin culinary culture. Attendees sipped on cocktails from Tito’s Handmade Vodka and carefully selected wines from the Stella Rosa Wines portfolio, while noshing on samplings of crispy and succulent swine-centric preparations to round out this early evening soirée.
