Miami, FL – February 22, 2020 – Guests joined Alessia Antinori, the 26th Generation of the Antinori winemaking family, for a pop-up dinner reflecting the newly renovated Cantinetta Antinori in Florence. Antinori, Chef Duccio Pistolesi, and Area 31’s Executive Chef Alex Olivier, joined together for a truly authentic Tuscan dinner that took guests on a tasting journey through the rolling hills of Tuscany. This special Festival experience perfectly paired select wines from the Antinori portfolio – celebrated worldwide for preserving the purity and integrity of Italian wine-making tradition – with flavor profiles designed to elevate the notes of the wines. Guests indulged in la dolce vita during this breathtaking homage to the wine, food and terroir of Tuscany, in the trendy setting of Area 31 in downtown Miami.
