Acqualina’s 2020 Guest Chef Dinner Series at AQ Restaurant by IlMulino
Sunny Isles Beach, FL – February 11, 2020 – On Tuesday, February 11, and Wednesday, February 12, 2020, Acqualina Resort & Residences welcomed Michelin-starred Chef Giuseppe Stanzione of the award-winning Hotel Santa Caterina located along the stunning Amalfi Coast and a member of Leading Hotels of the World for collaborative dinners at AQ Restaurant by IlMulino. Chef Stanzione along with Il Mulino Executive Chef Michele Mazza presented a delectable menu celebrating the flavors of the Mediterranean paired with exquisite wines by Antinori Winery of Tuscany. The magical evenings began with a champagne reception in AQ Bar followed by a five-course dinner in the elegant AQ dining room. Acqualina CEO Deborah Yager Fleming and Beatrice Camera and Valeria D’Amato from the five-star luxury property Hotel Santa Caterina greeted local residents and hotel guests during these two very special culinary events.
