Heidi & Shane Battier Host First Cabernet with Battier Benefitting the Battier Take Charge Foundation at Byblos Miami

Miami Beach, FL – January 25, 2020 – Heidi and Shane Battier hosted Cabernet with Battier, a new philanthropic event, which took place at acclaimed Mediterranean hotspot Byblos Miami. The charity event brought together some of South Florida’s finest, and raised over $160,000 for The Battier Take Charge Foundation, a non-profit organization established by the Battier Family to fund college scholarships and educational opportunities for underprivileged youth. The event kicked off with a full wine tasting, from 8 highly acclaimed Napa Valley vineyards, followed by a decadent dinner for 100, featuring Byblos Miami favorites with expertly paired wine selections, and a live auction. Afterwards, guests joined the Battiers in Byblos’s private event suite for a karaoke-themed after party which ran late into the evening and included notable performances by both Shane and Heidi, among many other event attendees.
