David Grutman Surprises Students with Afrojack at Swan During Week Four of Florida International University Course

Miami, FL – November 12, 2019 – David Grutman’s Florida International University’s Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management course had yet another surprise appearance this week: world-renowned DJ Afrojack. In week four of his course, Professor Grutman met his students at Swan in the Miami Design District, where he shared insight with students on the importance of building and maintaining relationships, and timing when it comes to opening a restaurant. At the end of the class, Grutman introduced his students to Afrojack, who answered questions and surprised students with a DJ set, alongside signature bites from Swan.
