Private Seated Dinner Celebration at Amare Ristorante
Miami Beach, FL – June 27, 2019 – Miami tastemakers and foodie influencers gathered for a seated dinner to celebrate the highly anticipated opening of Amare Ristorate by restaurateur Gino Iovino with dishes of its Southern Italian fare by Michelin Starred Chef Cosimo Cassano. Located in the South of Fifth district just steps from the beach, AmareRistorante offers artfully prepared Southern Italian fare in a glamorous setting that evokes la grande bellezza of Italy’s famed Amalfi coast.
Serving artfully plated house made dishes with seasonal ingredients flown directly from Italy, guests enjoyed signatures such as the Melanzane e Zucchine with Baked Eggplant Zucchini, Mozzarella de Bufala, Tomato Crema, Basil Leaf Pesto and Parmigiana, and Fiori di Zucca a Baccalá with Zucchini Blossom, Wild Atlantic Cod and Robiola to start. To continue, plates of Casarecce with Tuscan Kale Pesto, Brussel Sprouts, Mushrooms and Toasted Almonds, andCappellacci di Branzino, a Sea Bass-Filled Ravioli, Mascarpone, Sorrento Lemon, Butter and Sage. Entrees included Ippoglosso with Atlantic Halibut Baked in Banana Leaf, Artichokes, Mushrooms and Sun-Dried Tomatoes, andCostata di Manzo with Grilled 21 oz. Prime Ribeye from Creekstone Farms, Smoked Potato Crema, Fava Beans and a White Wine Balsamic Reduction. To cap off the grand feast, Chef served the Delizia al Limone, a Lemon Mousse.
