National YoungArts Foundation Celebrates Artist-in-Residence Lance Horne at Le Sirenuse at The Surf Club

Surfside, FL – May 30, 2019 – The National YoungArts Foundation (YoungArts) welcomed supporters for a special preview performance featuring current artist-in-residence Lance Horne (1996 YoungArts Winner in Classical Music) at the Le Sirenuse Champagne Bar at The Surf Club PRIVATE. After being welcomed by YoungArts Vice President of Development Stacey Glassman Mizener, Surf Club PRIVATE Executive Director Walid Sfeir and Kawa Capital Management Director of Investor Relations Carly Williams, guests enjoyed light bites provided by Le Sirenuse Miami and Whispering Angel Rosé.
The evening’s highlight was the performance by Horne, an Emmy Award-winning composer, pianist, singer and music director, alongside fellow alumni D’Angelo Lacy (2005 YoungArts Winner in Theater) and Alexis Aime (2010 YoungArts Winner in Voice). They treated their captive audience to a sneak peek of Horne’s new project, Revelations, a musical Horne is developing based on an unpublished work by Anne Rice, with book, music and lyrics by Horne. The private event preceded Horne’s upcoming sold-out performance at YoungArts on June 7.
