Hosted by Reach & Rise, Residences at Brickell City Centre, the conference commenced with opening remarks from Maile Aguila, Senior Vice President of Residential Sales for Swire Properties. The conference kicked off with main speaker Craig Studnicky, CEO of ISG World, who led an energetic, informative and data-driven presentation focused on the accelerated decline of new developer condo inventory.
