Miami Beach, FL – April 16, 2019 – Yesterday morning, the abandoned South Shore Hospital, located on the corner of 6th Street and Alton Road in Miami Beach, safely imploded. The new project, a joint venture by Crescent Heights and Terra, will soon be home to Miami Beach’s newest sustainable 3-acre public park, a luxury residential tower and retail space.
