Locust Projects Kaleidoscopic Spring Fling at The Moore Building in Miami Design District
Miami, FL – April 13, 2019 – Locust Projects held its annual Spring Fling fundraiser on Saturday, April 13th in the Miami Design District where artists, art patrons and influencers entered through a life-sized kaleidoscope designed by founding artist Westen Charles. With Jen Stark’s swirling multi-colored Wormhole video as the backdrop, guests wearing vibrant hues and patterns listened to grooves by DJ Camp Gabby and bid on art editions by artists including Trenton Doyle Hancock and Augustina Woodgate and silent auction luxury products and experiences donated by Fendi, The Four Seasons, The Soho House, Liv and Neiman Marcus. All funds raised support programming at Locust Projects—Miami’s foremost incubator of art and ideas providing artists with the time, space and resources to create ambitious new work and build successful creative careers.
