Villa Azur 7th Anniversary Presented by Perrier-Jouet
Miami Beach, FL – March 9, 2019 – It isn’t difficult to tell that Villa Azur throughout the 7 past years has earned its fame as one of Miami’s most elegant and trendiest dinner parties combining fine food, music and entertainment into one. Villa Azur, Miami’s South of France-inspired culinary and entertainment destination, celebrated in a all white party with a breathtaking decor, an incredible stream of live entertainment throughout the evening featuring live saxophonist, stilt walkers, a martini glass performance and dancers.
Villa Azur treated patrons during a cocktail reception of a cured ham & homemade focaccia station, passed bites of octopus escabeche, mini pomme dauphine, gruyere and brie cheese puffs, among others selected items. Drinks were provided as well by Perrier Jouet Champagne, Entourage Rosé and a St. Germain Spritz made with sparkling wine and lemon zest. Executive Pastry Chef Abigail Tull created a spectacular 4-tier Gem pink champagne cake with raspberry filling, edible orchids, and edible 24-carat gold that guests indulged in.
Villa Azur, owned by Michael Martin, Jean-Philippe Bernard, and Paul Breuza, has consistently offered patrons a unique experience in the heart of South Beach that combines dining, entertainment, music, and art into one distinct space. The trio started this venture with a shared desire to transpose their prior experiences in hospitality into a unified vision of what a latter-day dining destination should be like. They envisioned a chic, festive atmosphere that incorporated the feeling of the lively vibe of La Côte d’Azur.
