Faena Rose Hosts Exclusive Master Class with Chef Hedy Goldsmith at AD LIB

Miami, FL – March 9, 2019 – Faena Rose members joined acclaimed pastry chef and two-time James Beard Award finalist, Chef Hedy Goldsmith, for an intimate and hands-on master class at AD LIB, the newest restaurant from Rose Founding Member & 50 Eggs Founder, John Kunkel. During this bespoke experience, Chef Hedy led Rose members through the process of creating her signature Meyer Lemon Tart and shared her coveted tips for concocting a perfect buttery crust and seductively zesty citrus center. At the end of the master class, all attendees were gifted with a signed copy of Chef Hedy’s cookbook, Baking Out Loud, and plenty of treats.
