Miami Symphony Orchestra: Sleepover at the Museum at The Moore Building in Miami Design District
Miami, FL – February 24, 2019 – The historic Moore Building in the Miami Design District was the scenario for an unforgettable night as MISO commissioned the world premiere of “Sleepover at the Museum” by Karen LeFrak, conducted by Eduardo Marturet and narrated by actress Athina Klioumi. The program included Finlandia by Jan Sibelius and the Violin Concerto Op. 14 by Samuel Barber with MISO concertmaster Daniel Andai as soloist.
