Miami, FL – February 22, 2019 – As part of the 2019 Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival (SOBEWFF), Cultured Magazine and Perez Art Museum Miami hosted a curated dinner celebrating the creativity of the culinary world. Executive Chef Maurizio Locatelli of renowned luxury resort Cala di Volpe and Chef Sarah Grueneberg, a 2017 James Beard Award winner and Michelin-starred chef/owner of Monteverde Restaurant & Pastificio in Chicago, IL, brought their palate-pleasing inventiveness to the table for an exclusive dinner in one of Miami’s most iconic art institutions.
