Miami, FL – February 3, 2019 – Miami’s quintessential waterfront restaurant, Amara at Paraiso located in East Edgewater, became the most stunning sports bar to watch the Super Bowl for one night only, with the most famous sports agency, Rosenhaus Sports. Guests indulged on the James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Schwartz’s special menu off the wood grill, festive specialty cocktails, beer and rosé, more than 300 guests turned out to watch the action on a massive 12 by 12 ft display with Biscayne Bay as backdrop.
