Miami, FL – January 10, 2019 – Supporters and members of the National YoungArts Foundation (YoungArts), as well as educators from around the country, gathered at the SLS South Beach for a private reception in celebration of the 2019 YoungArts Finalists during National YoungArts Week. As the organization’s signature program, the week offers life-changing experiences, guidance and support to young artists through workshops and master classes with renowned leaders in their fields, and nightly public performances and exhibitions. YoungArts Board Chair Sarah Arison welcomed guests, who enjoyed a beautiful evening in support of the arts with delicious treats by Katsuya, FACUNDO rum cocktails, and tastings of the two eldest expressions in the FACUNDO Collection before making their way to nearby New World Center for the Classical Music Concert. Notable guests included board members Jay Franke and Michi Jigarjian, Lincoln Center Acting President Russell Granet, alumnus and Move (NYC) Co-Founder Nigel Campbell, Andrew and Angela Amendola, Eliza Elia, Jack Christian, Chris and Lee Lentz, and Kris Martin.
