Scholl Lecture Series: Featuring Liliana Porter at PAMM
Miami, FL – January 31, 2019 – Guests celebrated internationally-renowned multimedia artist Liliana Porter during our second Scholl Lecture of the 2018-2019 season at PAMM. Porter detailed one of her most ambitious projects to date, El hombre con el hacha y otras situaciones breves – Venecia 2017, currently on view at PAMM, and how it serves as a form of retrospective of characters and situations that have appeared over the last three decades of her practice. She also addressed aspects of her work related to printmaking, painting, drawing, photography, with a particular emphasis on her film works.
