Miami Beach, FL – January 24, 2019 -Developers of 57 Ocean hosted a lavish celebration to unveil the multi-million-dollar sales gallery on Miami Beach’s Millionaire’s Row. More than 200 elegant guests enjoyed a private concert by the New World Symphony under a moonlit Miami Beach sky trumpeting the unveiling of 57 Ocean, the most anticipated new luxury residential project on Miami Beach’s Millionaire’s Row, The tempo was set and the champagne flowed, while a brilliant display of fireworks illuminated the night to celebrate the debut of the lavish two-story, $3 million-dollar sales gallery for 57 Ocean, an 18-story, 81-unit boutique residential tower located at 5775 Collins Ave. The event marked an “encore” of visionary Brazilian developer José Isaac Peres of Miami-based Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management who orchestrated the success and transformation of the South of Fifth neighborhood in 1994 when he built Il Villagio. Designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Anastassiadis Arquitetos, led by Brazilian architect Patricia Anastassiadis, 57 Ocean blends eco hedonism and wellness, comprised of a seaside wellness garden, outdoor massage and meditation rooms, an outdoor yoga deck, and a beautifully appointed spa, among other top-of-the-line amenities.
