UBS The Lowell Group Holiday Soirée to Benefit the Miami Cancer Institute at Private Residence
Miami, FL – December 14, 2018 – UBS Financial Services Inc. branch The Lowell Group hosted their annual Holiday Soirée to collect gifts for children receiving pediatric cancer care at Baptist Health South Florida’s Miami Cancer Institute. 150 invited guests gathered at the Pinecrest home of Victoria and Carlos Lowell for a Cuban-themed event to celebrate the holiday season as well as to remember those less fortunate. Guests were welcomed by Rumba dancers performing beside a 1957 Dusk Rose Ford Thunderbird and treated to a rum tasting bar at arrival. Attendees gathered around roulette and craps tables benefitting the hospital’s Oncology Department and enjoyed sounds by Carlos Oliva y Los Sobrinos del Juez for the remainder of the evening while indulging in traditional Cuban cuisine.
