Miami Beach, FL – November 15, 2018 – Five-time GRAMMY® Award-winning music legend Phil Collins headlined the 4th Annual Dreaming on the Beach Gala on at The Fillmore Miami Beach. Artists who joined the legendary musician included acclaimed South Florida-based artists three-time GRAMMY® Award-winning singer Jon Secada of hit song “Just Another Day”, Miami-based rock band 5800, Emily Estefan, Mohamed Moretta – Get Down on It LIVE, Alex Di Leo alternative folk pop singer, and piano protégé Nicolas Comi. Notable TV anchor Louis Aguirre served as the evenings inspired celebrity emcee alongside Little Dreams Foundation co-founder and designer of Orianne Collins Jewellery, Orianne Collins.

More than 1,000 guests attended the black tie star-studded celebration – including heavy weigh boxing legend Evander Holyfield, Giovanni Scutaro, Andie Bariona, Eddie & Andrianna Acevedo, Sheril Henney & Francesca Ferretti, Ray & Nadine Valme, and Oscar & Erika Freijo – with a common goal of raising funds for The Little Dreams Foundation which fulfills the dreams of young aspiring talent who don’t have the means to achieve their dreams of music, sports and arts. Children who belong to the foundation have gone on to receive impressive accolades in their chosen fields, ranging from appearances in America’s Got Talent, bronze and gold medals in sports tournaments around the world and Formula One races.

The evening began with an extravagant cocktail reception and silent auction where guests enjoyed artisanal cocktails while bidding on luxury items, followed by a curated 4-course dinner by Theirry Catering. Dishes for the evening included a Black Tie Caesar Salad with smoked tomato, shaved toscano and black garlic dressing; Sous Vide Short Rib with au poivre, thyme infused gratin and haricot vert, Roasted Lavender Salmon with skin accompanied by citrus braised endive with chardonnay butter, Rainbow Cauliflower with slow roasted caponata, and Chocolate Lava Cake with vanilla ice cream and berries. The evening culminated with a special performances by the illustrious lineup, which included breakout star of the night Emily Estefan, Jon Secada who alternated between English and Spanish as he sang his chart-topping hits and the Little Dreamer artists accompanied by a world-class live band. To close out the evening on the highest note, Phil Collins gave an intimate performance of his acclaimed hits Another Day in Paradise, Follow You Follow Me with his son Nic Collins on drums, and closing with an energetic performance of Easy Lover and Knocking on Heaven’s Door duet with Jon Secada.
