Miami, FL – October 10, 2018 – Guests gathered at Park Grove last night in the heart of Coconut Grove, to celebrate the grand opening of Park Grove, the first two of the development’s three towers are now complete. Designed by OMA and Rem Koolhaas, the striking towers of Park Grove set a new architectural standard in the quiet enclave of Coconut Grove. Park Grove’s developers Terra and the Related Group, notables included David Martin, Carlos Rosso, Jorge M. Pérez, and Patrick Campbell. One Park Grove, the third and final tower of the elite residential tower will join the nearly completed Two Park Grove Residences and Club Residences in 2019. The third tower will round out the architectural vision of Shohei Shigematsu, a partner at OMA and the lead on the project.
