Latin Cafe 2000 Grand Opening Happy Hour Celebration

Miami, FL – October 25, 2018 – Latin Café 2000 opened its third location, this time in the city’s booming downtown Miami/Brickell neighborhood. The Grand Opening was celebrated with an intimate happy hour with close family and friends of owners Eric Castellanos and his wife Kali Castellanos.. Attendees were captivated by a surprise art installation, the Cafetera Sky Project. Conceptualized by DeepSleep Studio, Kali spray painted and installed 100 cafeteras, putting a Cuban spin on a recent local phenomena and paying homage to the recent Coral Gables’ Umbrella Sky Project. The new Latin Café 2000 serves authentic Cuban dishes and cantinero-style craft cocktails in a lush, modern setting of beautiful greenery and golden hues.
