Celebrity Taste at Hyde Beach
Miami Beach, FL – October 25, 2018 – Hyde Beach brought a star-studded chef line-up to Celebrity Taste. The chef line-up included James Beard Award Winner Michael Schwartz, Katsuya Uechi, Makoto Okuwa, Justine Smillie and more. SLS South Beach transformed its backyard into restaurant pop-ups with custom tastings, extravagant cuisine, interactive demonstrations including a live sashimi carving from Chef Katsuya and more. A percentage of proceeds benefited the local Sabrina Cohen Foundation.
