Fort Lauderdale, FL – September 12, 2018 – South Florida business and community leaders joined Urban Street Development Co-Founders Alan Hooper and Tim Petrillo for a sneak peek of their latest visionary concept planned for downtown Fort Lauderdale, The Forge Lofts at FAT Village—an industrial-chic, seven-story residential complex, and the only new residential ownership opportunity in the F.A.T. Village Arts District soon to be under construction.
