Meyers Group Celebrates Groundbreaking of Avery Dania Pointe

Dania, FL – September 12, 2018 – Meyers Group celebrated the groundbreaking of Avery Dania Pointe, a 600-unit luxury apartment rental development set in the heart of Dania Pointe, Kimco Realty Corp.’s (NYSE: KIM) new 102-acre premier mixed-use development that will be one of the region’s largest open-air lifestyle destination centers. Meyers Group and members of the Dania Beach City Commission gathered to celebrate this significant milestone for Dania Beach. Beginning on site at 10:30 a.m., key members of the Dania Beach community and the media gathered as Stuart I. Meyers, Chairman and CEO of Meyers Group; Mayor Tamara James; Vice-Mayor Bill Harris; Dania Beach Commissioner Chickie Brandimarte; Dania Beach Commissioner Bobbie Grace; and Dania Beach Commissioner Marco Salvino, spoke about how Avery Dania Pointe and the entire Dania Pointe development will transform Dania Beach into a community where residents can live, work, and play. Following the speakers, member of Meyers Group and the Dania Beach City Commission participated in the ceremonial groundbreaking.
