Miami, FL – June 28, 2018 – M House Miami – Coral Gables’ fresh, new culinary arrival located on the city’s iconic Le Jeune Road, hosted its grand opening celebration on Thursday. More than 300 community leaders, gastronomic enthusiasts, trendsetters, media and friends rang in the commemorative event by enjoying an energetic scene and first taste of the restaurant’s coastal European fare. Set in the midst of Downtown Coral Gables, M House is now open to the public. M House focuses on delivering the highest quality food preparation and service within a relaxed, yet sophisticated atmosphere. With prominent restauranteurs and culinary masterminds behind the brand, the destination is curated for those who seek an epicurean environment ideal for recurring dining. Executive Chef Abraham Silva created a distinct, fresh menu from global travels that included cooking alongside visionary chefs and visiting Spain to learn first-hand the authentic cooking techniques of a Josper Oven. With a notable résumé of positions at EAST, Miami in Brickell City Centre, as well as Seasalt and Pepper (now Seaspice), the experienced chef brings his exceptional skill set and creativity to M House.
