Jorge & Darlene Pérez Toast the Opening of Katsuya Brickell at SLS LUX Brickell

Miami, FL – June 23, 2018 – Related Group Chairman and CEO Jorge M. Pérez was seen celebrating the opening of his new Building SLS LUX Brickell on Saturday night. After officially having opened the building with a large celebration with partner Sam Nazarian on Thursday night, Pérez and his wife, Darlene, held a very intimate private dinner and champagne tasting for 20 guests at the buildings Yabu Pushelberg designed restaurant Katsuya Brickell. The group, which included guests such as Marc Anthony, Alejandro Sanz, and Martina Navratilova, were treated to a private dinner by Chef Katsuya himself who was seen showcasing the restaurant’s menu and making special pieces of sushi table side for the group. Guests indulged in a tasting of the very pricey Armand De Brignac Champagne, where they enjoyed many bottles of Brut, Rose and Blanc De Blanc. Also seen at the restaurant that night was former Super Bowl Champion and current ESPN analyst Jon Vilma.
