USGBC Miami Hosts Missoni Baia Going Green

Miami, FL – April 19, 2018 – USGBC Miami hosted a special preview of Missoni Baia, representing the first of OKO Group’s four Miami projects, as well as the first-ever branded residences from Italian fashion and design house, Missoni. In timing with Earth Day, the evening featured a panel discussion led by USGBC South Florida chair Chi Chi Truong that explored new trends in LEED certified high-rises and the sustainable and resilient strategies being implemented at the LEED 57-story condominium tower, located in the fast-growing Edgewater neighborhood. Other panel participants included Kevin Dunn, OKO Group Project Manager; Margaret Fitzsimons, LEED AP of The Spinnaker Group; and Neal Schafers from the Miami DDA.
