Veuve Clicquot Carnaval 2018
Miami, FL – March 10, 2018 – The Fourth Annual Veuve Clicquot Carnaval returned to Miami’s Museum Park on Saturday, once again in support of the Pérez Art Museum Miami. Bold-faced names including Issa Rae, Tessa Thompson, Eiza González, Edgar Ramirez, Joan Smalls, Caroline Vreeland, Tyson Beckford, Nacho Figueras, Delfina Blaquier, Enrique Murciano, Karen Martinez, Caroline Daur, Shea Marie, Daniela Botero, Martha Graeff, May Kwok and more celebrated a beautiful afternoon in the Miami sun with exciting Carnaval festivities and, of course, Veuve Clicquot Champagne. Attendees enjoyed traditional Carnaval celebrations, including salsa dancers, drummers, and live music while DJ May Kwok kicked off the day on the turntables. It was an afternoon for the girls with Issa Rae, Tessa Thompson, and Joan Smalls toasting to the Carnaval celebrations with glasses of Veuve Clicquot Rosé Champagne and enjoying the beats of the captivating drumline. Joining in on the fun for the second year in a row, Eiza Gonzalez came dressed in a stunning Prabul Gurung sundress and straw hat, and was thrilled to soak in this year’s entertainment. Returning to his Gianni Versace roots, Edgar Ramirez caught up with local Miami friends, took in the festive salsa dancing performances, and of course, sipped glasses of champagne throughout the afternoon.
