Serafina Miami Grand Opening Celebration at Aventura Mall

Aventura, FL – March 14, 2018 – Last night, Serafina Miami celebrated their grand opening in the Aventura Mall‘s new wing and was hosted by owners Benny Shabtai, Stacey Shabtai, Michael Baccaro, Samantha Cooperand Serafina brand founders Vittorio Assaf and Fabio Granato. Over 200 of Miami’s most influential VIPs came out to celebrate including Don & Michelle Soffer, Jackie Soffer, Olga Blavatnik, Lorena Cartagena, Rony Seikaly, Martha Graeff, Kamal Hotchandani, Mako Jaric and David & Isabela Rangel Grutman. The crowd was greeted at the entrance with two Lamborghinis from Prestige Motors and were treated to sounds by DJ ARKITEKT and multiple food stations featuring Serafina signature favorite dishes from Executive Chef Dustin Ward. The stations included a charcuterie spread, fresh mozzarella station and risotto and pasta parmigiana wheel station while sipping on Serafina signature cocktails created by famed Cocktail Cartel. Guests took photos in front of Serafina’s ‘Instagrammable’ Neon Angel Wing sign and in the infinity lit bathroom hallway. The iconic moment happened when the owners all gathered in front of the crowd for the famed Serafina ribbon cutting ceremony. Chef Dustin Ward brought out a 20 foot-long roll of hand rolled pasta that stretched out across the group. One member of the crowd started a countdown and all cheered on as the pasta was cut, marking the opening of the restaurant.
