Shalva Hosts A Special Evening of Love & Disability Awareness at the Phillip & Patricia Frost Museum of Science
Miami, FL – February 7, 2018 – Shalva, the esteemed non-profit dedicated to aiding children and families that sets the standard for treatment and care in the world, presented an exclusive director screening of the Emmy-nominated film, Autism In Love, in tandem with the romantic occasion at the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science in Downtown Miami. Invited guests explored the Planetarium space and enjoyed cocktails by Dominican rum brand Ron Barceló before being treated to a special screening of the 2015 documentary followed by remarks by the Director Matt Fuller and Producer Carolina Groppa. Following the film, guests were guided to The Deep, a space just beneath the Frost’s eye-catching aquarium, and enjoyed sounds by DJ Irie for the remainder of the evening while indulging in delectable gourmet sushi, kebabs, desserts and more. As the event wrapped up, guests were treated to gift bags by the Italian fragrance house Acqua di Parma.
