Miami, FL – February 9, 2018 – Park Grove, hosted a celebration for the groundbreaking of One Park Grove, the third and final tower of the elite residential enclave designed by OMA/Rem Koolhaas. The tower will join the nearly completed Two Park Grove Residences and Club Residences and will round out the architectural vision of Shohei Shigematsu, a partner at OMA and the lead on the project. At the event, Shohei came together with David Martin of Terra and Carlos Rosso of Related Group to express their shared excitement for the last installment of Park Grove. Shohei spoke about his inspiration for the buildings’ curvaceous exterior and discussed how he translated Coconut Grove’s lush setting into the design.
