Miami Beach, FL – February 22, 2018 – Iconic, all-American chefs Tyler Florence and Jonathan Waxman took over iconic Miami Beach hotspot The Forge, alongside its own Chef Christopher Lee, for one special evening of culinary camaraderie in celebration of SOBEWFF. Florence, who cooked for Waxman’s Tribute Dinner during the Festival in 2016 – is a popular Food Network personality, cookbook author and the force behind successful California restaurants Wayfare Tavern, El Paseo and Tyler Florence Rotisserie & Wine. Waxman, a California native, is the James Beard Award-winning chef behind bustling New York City hotspots Barbuto and Jams, and Nashville concepts Adele’s and Bajo Sexto. This duo of classic talent took guests on an elevated American culinary journey that satiated their taste buds.
