Miami, FL – February 22, 2018 – Contestants together on the hit Food Network show Iron Chef Gauntlet, New Orleans sensation Michael Gulotta joined Chicago-based Gauntlet winner Stephanie Izard for a shot at redemption at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival. These two fiercely talented chefs took their exceptionally-honed skills to the kitchen at Cecconi’s at Soho Beach House, alongside executive chef Sergio Sigala, for a dinner that was both exciting and delicious.
