Miami, FL – February 24, 2018 – The South Beach Wine & Food Festival took the festival to the heart of Coconut Grove as, Chef Mathew Peters lead team U.S.A. to gold in January, winning top honors for the first time in the 30-years of the Bocuse d’Or culinary competition. Most recently serving as the executive sous-chef at Thomas Keller’s acclaimed Per Se in New York City, Peters was joined by fellow Per Se alum Greg Baxtrom of the much lauded Olmsted in Brooklyn. Both known for their dedication to seasonal, true farm-to-table cooking, was joined by Miami culinary star Giorgio Rapicavoli at his trendy restaurant Glass & Vine in the burgeoning Coconut Grove neighborhood.
