Dinner Hosted by Chloe Coscarelli & David Lee at Planta
Miami Beach, FL – February 22, 2018 – As The Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival is underway, guests experienced an early taste of the first U.S. location for the plant-based restaurant Planta, set to open in the trendy South of Fifth neighborhood in partnership with hospitality entrepreneur David Grutman. Chef David Lee showcased his prowess for serving up innovative cuisine made from high quality, responsibly-sourced ingredients from their flagship Toronto location to the discerning palates of South Beach for the unique dinner. Lee was joined by vegan chef and author Chloe Coscarelli at this consciously-elevated hotspot for a special plant-based collaboration and delighted diners with their masterful flavor combinations and creative interpretations of classic dishes.
