For this special SOBEWFF dinner at the newly opened Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science, he was joined by executive chef Mike Bagale of the Michelin-starred Alinea in Chicago and James Beard Awards finalist Justin Carlisle of Ardent in Milwaukee. Frost Science is South Florida’s latest cultural phenomenon, serving as an interactive educational playground – inclusive of a planetarium and aquarium – to explore science, technology, engineering and math.
