Design District’s One Bay Residences Unveils Model Triplex Designed by Addison House

Miami, FL – February 22,2018 – One Bay Residences the exclusive enclave of 38 luxury condominium homes in Miami’s bustling Design District, hosted a private unveiling of its triplex model townhome residence and private rooftop, designed by Addison House, finished by Lineaire Designs, and developed by G&L Development LLC, the American division of Empresas Guzman & Larrain. To showcase the project’s glamorous Design District lifestyle and walkability to neighborhood shops, award-winning restaurants and a renowned art scene, One Bay Residences partnered with Emilio Robba to incorporate custom florals and Aubi & Ramsa for an exclusive tasting of its wine and spirit-infused ice cream.
