Unveiling of Public Artwork Rotorelief by Robert Chambers at Bal Harbour Shops

Bal Harbour, FL – January 25, 2018 – Robert Chamber’s “Rotorelief” unveiled last night by Unscripted Bal Harbour – on extended loan from the Cricket Taplin Collection. A functional helicopter with bladed replaced by spiral “hypnotic” discs, this public artwork will be on view on Bal Harbour’s Founders Circle until November.
