Miami Beach, FL – January 4, 2018 – Beach Polo World Cup, the world’s largest beach polo tournament, announced its official return to Miami on the sands of the W South Beach, the event’s official host hotel. The evening kicked off with the official team presentation, tournament draw, and cocktail party at W South Beach. One of Miami’s biggest sporting events has attracted six teams for the three-day tournament. All attendees of Beach Polo World Cup throughout the weekend will watch the top polo players from across the globe transform the beaches into a battlefield of hooves and mallets along with experiencing an abundance of daily events that will fuse the world’s best polo players, fashion, luxury, and dining together. Sponsor teams include La Martina Polo, W South Beach, David Yurman, Karma Automotive, Chateau d’Esclans, and Macallan. Beach Polo Founder, Tito Gaudenzi, co-founders, Melissa and Marc Ganzi, and Fernando Torres, were joined by all the players from the six teams including Nic Roldan, Rico Mansur, and Rommy Gianni to kick-off the weekend.
