321 at Water’s Edge Ground Breaking Celebration

Ft. Lauderdale, FL – January 17, 2018 – Longtime Boca Raton-based development company and one of South Florida’s top builders, SobelCo celebrated the groundbreaking of its 321 at Water’s Edge, a sophisticated collection of waterfront condominium estates on Fort Lauderdale Beach. The 23 exquisitely finished residences will offer from 2,600 to over 3,800 square feet of living space and are a significant player in the renaissance of Fort Lauderdale. Guests enjoyed mimosas, light bites, and guitar sounds during the celebration.
