Unscripted Art Chat: Carrie Schneider at The Ritz-Carlton Bal Habour

Miami, FL – November 19, 2017 – Unscripted Bal Harbour hosts Unscripted Art Chat “Reading Women”, with Artist Carrie Schneider and curator Kendra Paitz. The two talked about the advocacy of this two-year long project, its accompanying film, as well as Schneider’s performative and collaborative practice at The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour. The art chat celebrated creative women in a series of photographic portraits of women writers, musicians and artists, and details of the books they are reading by select women authors. “Reading Women” is on view on Bal Harbour’s beach walk at 99th street and 102nd street until February 28, 2018, and is presented in collaboration with University Galleries of Illinois State University and The Miami Book Fair.
