Miami, FL – November 14, 2017 – Sabal Development hosted a private event to unveil its new $8.2 million spec home in Miami’s charming Belle Meade neighborhood. Developer Pascal Nicolai of Sabal Development joined forces with TOGU Architecture for the 7,171-square-foot, L-shaped residence which introduced a new level of European splendor to the area. Guests, which included the Sabal Development and TOGU teams, prospective buyers, brokers and media, enjoyed an evening of champagne and hors d’oeuvres, while getting an inside look at the stunning residence and its views that extend over Miami Beach and Downtown Miami. Sabal Development‘s creations are known for peacefully coexisting and complementing their settings as opposed to distracting or competing with their surroundings. Sabal Development has several projects underway throughout Miami, Miami Beach, Pompano Beach and Palm Beach that are slated for completion by the summer of 2018.
