Miami Book Fair Honors Vice President Joe Biden’s Memoir Celebration at Adrienne Arsht Center
Miami, FL – November 18, 2017 – As part of this year’s Miami Book Fair, Vice President Joe Biden made his way to the Adrienne Arsht Center to discuss his new memoir, Promise Me, Dad: A Year of Hope, Hardship and Purpose, with New York Times bestselling author George Saunders. Upon his arrival, the Vice President was greeted by John Richard, Arsht Center President & CEO; Eduardo Padron President of Miami Dade College, and Mitchell Kaplan, founder of Miami Book Fair and owner of Books & Books. Special guests, including the vice president’s family members, attended a private meet and greet in the Knight Concert Hall prior to the sold-out event.
