Miami, FL – November 14, 2017 – Miami’s most influential social media mavens were invited to take their senses on a virtual tour through Miami’s first Italian Food Hall, La Centrale, at an intimate preview tasting in the private home of co-managing partner Jacopo Giustiniani, who hosted alongside his co-managing partner Matthias Kiehm. The festive cocktail soirée celebrated the upcoming and highly-anticipated opening of the 40,000 square-foot, three-level dining mecca, opening its doors this December at Brickell City Centre. Guests traveled through various tasting stations, from savory to sweet, that represented La Centrale’s signature dishes created by Executive Chef Vincenzo Scarmiglia. At the end of the evening, guests were invited to shop the pop-up mercatino packed with Chef’s artisanal ingredients to recreate his signature Italian dishes in their kitchen. Just as La Centrale’s visitors will be able to savor authentic Italian flavors at home by purchasing all of the ingredients and products used for the dishes found in La Centrale’s restaurants.
