Driftwood Beach Festival at Luna Beach Bimini

Bimini, Bahamas – November 4, 2017 – Resorts World Bimini and Luna Beach Bimini hosted Driftwood Beach Festival this past weekend in true Bahamian Fashion. A portion of proceeds from the entire weekend festivities was donated by Resorts World Bimini to Global Empowerment Mission which will be used to benefit victims of Hurricane Irma and Maria in the Bahamas. Guests enjoyed volleyball matches with professional athletes from the National Volleyball League. Luna Beach Bimini played center stage serving up delectable ocean-to-table dishes to diners and danced the night away to live DJ’s and various musical performances. Driftwood festival kicked off on Friday, with beach volleyball followed by a rooftop happy hour at the hotel by DJ Syco and casino after party. Saturday guests got another dose of the NVL volleyball pros and danced straight into an amazing sunset performance by Javier Garcia. The night concluded with performances by Clement Aubrey & The Reggae Allstars alongside an amazing beach bonfire. On Sunday the weekend ended with a war up volleyball game before departing the beautiful island of Bimini.
