Sunset Sessions at Diplomat Landing Marina

Hollywood Beach, FL – October 7, 2017 – Portico, a waterfront beer and wine garden located at the newly transformed Diplomat Beach Resort, kicked off Sunset Sessions with Mr. Pauer & Friends, a new weekly music programming series taking place every Saturday at Diplomat Landing Marina from 5:30PM – 9:30PM. Mr. Pauer™ (Toto González), a Latin Grammy® Nominated producer and re-mixer born in the Caribbean city of Puerto la Cruz, Venezuela, took over the outdoor venue for an epic night of music and mixes. Known for creating his unique Miami born signature sound called “Electrópico”, the music was a fusion of electronic dance music mixed with music genres originated between the Tropic of Cancer and Tropic of Capricorn like Salsa, Zouk, Reggae, Cumbia, Dancehall, Merengue, and Kuduro beats that all enjoyed. Guest stayed entertained with Portico’s sharable, light-Italian favorites, exclusively on-tap beer and wine program, local craft beers, beloved imports, signature Americano cocktails, and outdoor games like ping-pong, corn hole, and giant Jenga. Several styles of covered canopied and uncovered seating options where available including Adirondack chairs, picnic tables and round tables, offering guests different ways to lounge and enjoy drinks, dancing, and food. It was a night where Miami Beach, Hollywood, Aventura, and Ft. Lauderdale locals and travelers gathered by boat and car for a cultural connection over music, good times, and refreshingly laid back vibe in a new community border town hot spot by the sea.
